Jasmine

Fresh jasmine leaves are added during drying. Some of the fresh petals undergo a short oxidation process. These flowers are removed after a fleeting contact with the green tea, leaving a subtle spicy hint. The rest of the fresh, unoxidized jasmine petals are added later. This gives the blend an elegant, floral aroma. Jasmine tea has long been a very popular drink in China.
